For Orders of Laser Printed Stationery

By placing an order with Precious Little Prints for our range of "Laser Printed" Stationery you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law  (Queensland, Australia), Precious Little Prints takes no responsibility whatsoever for damage suffered to you or anyone else as a result of or in connection with the use of this website or any of its content. 
   

2. In no event will Precious Little Prints, their directors, officers, employees, distributors or associates be liable to any person or individual for any loss or damage whatsoever which may arise from the use of this site or any of the information available at this site. 
   

3. Precious Little Prints reserves the right to place our business name and contact information onto the stationery we produce.
   
   
4. We provide you with the option of having a free proof so that any necessary changes can be made to your stationery prior to printing.  If you decide not to receive a free "Proof" of your stationery prior to printing, Precious Little Prints will not be responsible for any incorrect spelling, images, layout or mistakes in your stationery. 
   

5. Refunds and Returns are as follows:

   All cancellations or returns are subject to a AUD$20.00 processing fee. 

   For: Custom (personalised) Stationery
   You can cancel your order before it goes into production. Once you have approved your Proof your order then becomes final and CANNOT be cancelled.  All of our custom stationery is made to order so we cannot cancel an order once the production process has begun.  In the unlikely event where a printing error is our mistake your order will then immediately be reprinted and Express Posted out to you free of charge. 
    

   For: Ready-to-Buy Stationery
   We only accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order. The stationery must be returned to us in the same excellent condition in which you received it in. The Postage and Handling fee is non-refundable if your order has been posted to you. 

6. Precious Little Prints will not be held responsible for any delays due to Postage.

7. Only one delivery address is permitted for each order. (Ie. Orders cannot be split up and sent to multiple addresses). 

8. The copyright of our designs remain the property of Precious Little Prints.
   
9. Some slight variations between items may occur as each piece is individually handmade.
   
10. Payment must be made in full before stationery will be started.
